As booking and promotion tasks are increasingly handled online, Obese has decided to shift our demo policy to accommodate the current rise in electronic media. This means we now prefer online press kits, MP3s and online profiles rather than physical demos and press kits. Please take a minute to make sure you include all of this information in your email or EPK:

- Group name and contact info

- A mininum of 3 audio tracks (mp3's, wma, quicktime, etc.)

- 5 to 15 minute live video performance

- What specific dates you are looking for, especially if you are touring

- Average draw for an ALL-AGES crowd

- What clubs or venues you have played

- What PR you do for shows

- Atleast (2) two references of people you've worked with
(record labels, engineers, promoters, venues, other groups, etc.)

What we are NOT looking for:

- Racist, sexist, or homophobic group names, song names, or promo gimmicks

- Pictures of you getting wasted
